To comply with applicable laws, all Never Ash orders are shipped via UPS with Adult Signature Confirmation.

• An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to accept delivery.
• UPS may require a valid government-issued photo ID to verify the recipient’s age.
• Packages cannot be left unattended or delivered without the required adult signature.
• If no eligible recipient is available, UPS will follow its standard procedures for redelivery or package hold.
